Micro Speaker

ICM (Integrated-Contour-Mesa) Design is a new MEMS platform technology for micro receivers and micro-speakers. This unique platform has led to an invention-the SOORI (Silicon Only Original Receiver/Speaker Innovation).

ICM Design comes in three separate technology platforms–SOORI-I, SOORI-II, and SOORI-III. Together, they cover various ranges of receiver and speaker performance. These designs are capable of functioning both as a single element or as an array of elements for extended applications. These include household items such as TVs, intercoms, etc. The multiple designs of ICM enable us to maintain an already-small sensor’s size, which gives us a competitive edge over conventional receivers and speakers where cost and performance is concerned. Therein lies our advantage.

The micro speaker has full SMD (surface mount device) capability and is well-suited for assembly in high-volume manufacturing environments, such as mobile phone manufacturing. Furthermore, it has waterproof capability and can be used in outdoor applications. This small-sized receiver and speaker marks a turning point in the acoustic component world, especially in (but not limited to) mobile communication industries. All the designs and fabrication sequences are based on granted and pending patents. Our main goal is to introduce cutting edge products, so that end users can enjoy both superior quality and reliability when they use our receiver/speaker products.
